ABOUT THE WHOLENESS COLLECTIVE

Restoration Begins With People

We believe God cares about the whole person — body, soul, and spirit — and that restored people can become part of restoring families, organizations, and communities.

“Organizations are made of people. Families are made of people. Ministries, marriages, and communities are shaped by the health of the people within them.”

OUR STORY

Restoration Has Always Been Part of Our Story

At The Wholeness Collective, we walk alongside women, couples, men, and leaders, helping them discover their full, God-given potential and step into the Kingdom work they were created for. This ministry was born out of a desire to share the resources and revelations God has entrusted to us, and to help other individuals and organizations find their path to wholeness.

WHY WHOLENESS MATTERS

God Cares About the Whole Person

We were never meant to remain defined by shame, hurt, bondage, or brokenness. We believe God desires wholeness — not simply spiritual health while our emotional lives remain fractured, or outward success while our relationships and bodies are depleted.

True wholeness touches body, soul, and spirit. As those areas come into alignment with Christ, we begin to experience greater freedom, healthier relationships, clearer identity, and the ability to live and serve from overflow rather than emptiness.

The guilt, the shame, the walls—they were all part of survival. But you’ve spiritually and emotionally outgrown the small space you were told to fit in. You are no longer shrinking to be loved. You’re expanding to be whole.

OUR MISSION

Restored. Rooted. Intentional.

The Wholeness Collective exists to help individuals, couples, families, and leaders become restored in Christ, rooted in God’s Word, and equipped to live intentionally in His purpose—carrying that wholeness from generation to generation.

THIS IS OUR DNA

The Values That Shape How We Walk

These are more than ideas we believe. They are the convictions that shape how we pursue wholeness, relationships, ministry, leadership, and legacy.

01

Christ-Centered Wholeness

True wholeness is found in Jesus — body, soul, and spirit aligned in Him.

Colossians 2:10 — “You are complete in Him.”

02

Restoration Before Assignment

We are not defined by roles, titles, or performance. Healing before hustle. Identity before influence.

John 5:6 — “Do you want to be made whole?”

03

Rooted in Truth

We anchor our lives in God’s Word and allow His truth to confront lies, shame, and cultural pressure.

Hebrews 4:12 — “The word of God is living and active…”

04

Intentional Overflow

Healthy ministry, marriage, family, and leadership flow from what God is doing within us — not from burnout.

Isaiah 60:1 — “Arise, shine, for your light has come…”

05

Generational Legacy — Gen2Gen

We honor the faith of those who came before us and intentionally invest in those who are coming behind us.

Psalm 145:4 — “One generation shall commend your works to another…”

06

Authenticity + Vulnerability

We lead honestly, sharing both scars and victories. Wholeness is not perfection; it is transformation.

2 Corinthians 12:9 — “My grace is sufficient for you…”

07

Community Over Competition

We believe healing happens in community and that there is room in the Kingdom for many voices, gifts, generations, and stories.

Ecclesiastes 4:9 — “Two are better than one…”

08

Beauty From Brokenness

Our scars can become testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and what He heals in us can become a source of hope for someone else.

Genesis 50:20 — “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good…”

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Jason & Holly Ramsey

For almost three decades, Jason and Holly Ramsey have shared a life centered around faith, family, ministry, leadership, and a deep belief in the restoring power of Jesus.

Jason is a pastor, teacher, and organizational leader whose experience spans both ministry and business. For years, he served bi-vocationally, carrying executive-level responsibility as Vice President of Operations while also serving in ministry leadership roles including Youth President, Executive Pastor, and Lead Pastor. That combination gave him a unique perspective on both the spiritual and practical realities of leading people, teams, and organizations.

Across those roles, Jason has developed a heart for shepherding people, developing leaders, strengthening churches, and helping others understand and apply biblical truth. His leadership reflects a belief that healthy ministry requires more than effective preaching or strong programs—it requires healthy people, healthy leaders, and a willingness to address what lies beneath the surface.

Holly brings her own blend of ministry and executive leadership experience, with a particular strength in strategy, organizational development, systems thinking, and turning complex challenges into practical paths forward. Her heart is for helping people recognize the connections between personal wholeness, relationships, leadership, and being intentional in the environments we create around the people we serve.

Together, Jason and Holly bring complementary perspectives shaped by years of leading in churches, organizations, workplaces, and their own family. Their experiences have repeatedly brought them back to the same conviction: Lasting restoration begins with individuals.

For years, much of their ministry centered on restoring and strengthening churches. Over time, they began to see the larger picture. Healthy churches require healthy leaders. Healthy families are strengthened by healthy marriages and healthy individuals. And sustainable leadership cannot continually flow from places of exhaustion, fragmentation, or unresolved hurt.

That realization became the seed for The Wholeness Collective.

As husband and wife, parents, soon-to-be-grandparents, pastors, and leaders, Jason and Holly know that life doesn’t divide neatly into categories. Faith affects marriage. Marriage affects family. Personal health affects leadership. Leadership affects the people and organizations we serve. And what is healed—or left unhealed—in one generation can reach into the next.

The Wholeness Collective exists to explore those intersections through biblical teaching, honest conversations, practical resources, and experiences designed to help people pursue genuine wholeness, not perfection, but an increasingly integrated life centered in Christ.

Jason and Holly’s desire is to help people become whole in Christ, rooted in truth, and radiant in purpose—equipped to live, love, lead, and serve from a place of healing and overflow, and to carry that wholeness from generation to generation.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES

Your Story Matters.

We may not know all that God intends to do through The Wholeness Collective, but we believe healing is possible, purpose can be rediscovered, and what God restores in one life can become part of how He brings hope to another.

So here we are — with open hands and open hearts — ready to walk together toward healing, purpose, and wholeness.

What wounded you does not have to define you.
What has been passed down does not have to be passed on.
Naming what needs healing is not weakness — it is the beginning of honesty and restoration.
Honoring the person God created you to be is not selfish.
You are not destined to remain where you have been. God is still at work in your story.
And what He restores in you can reach far beyond you — into your marriage, your family, your leadership, your church, and the generations that follow.
Restored. Rooted. Intentional.
